De Silva Structures undertake the structural design and provide construction details for loft conversions.
We would normally visit the site to discuss your proposals and then provide structural calculations and details for your loft conversion. Where necessary, we will recommend an architect who could provide the details for your scheme. Alternatively, if an architect is already employed we can liaise with them and provide calculations based on their drawings.
To simplify the process for you we can also obtain tender prices from known contractors, obtain building regulation approval and carry out site inspections.
